Abstract

This study explores the connection between financial performance indicators, namely Return on Assets (ROA) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and company valuation (Price to Book Value) for firms listed on the IDX. The investigation specifically targets technology sector startups that became publicly traded between 2022 and 2024. Twelve companies meeting the research criteria were selected using a non-probability sampling method. Multivariate analysis was performed using IBM SPSS version 25. The research outcomes indicate that ROA has a significant positive effect on a company's price-to-book value, while TATO does not show a substantial individual impact. Crucially, when considered jointly, ROA and TATO are proven to significantly affect overall company value (PBV).
